My original idea was to set up a forum for each person who wanted one so that they could then have complete control of its use.

This blog feature will work in a similar manner except that it doesn't require any action on my part. Any registered member can set up a blog and then moderate it how they see fit.

Of course if anyone prefers the forum format I will still be happy to set that up as well.
